Gut flora produces substances that are implicated in the arthritis associated with inflammatory disease.

You eat and get gas, you miss a bowel movement. You eat foods that you know cause your nose to run. You might even get the joint pain right away! Your food is making you sick. Just like when you get a cold. There's a bug and it's killing the friendly bacteria in your gut. The T cell develop recognition and eventually become involved with joint inflammation. Researches have found a high percentage of rheumatoid patients had small intestine bacterial overgrowth. The rh factor was higher is all patients with poor digestive enzymes.
If you are suffering from joint pain, to have to increase the friendly bacteria and the normal acid secretion. Do not use Tums! This product will kill your natural stomach acid. It's just a band-aid. You must get away from processed foods and get into more raw food, enzymes, and eat right for your blood type. Joint pain will cause tissue deterioration and lack of mobilization in the long run. It all starts with what you eat.
