Service Description

Supporting my aging or disabled community. This home visit also includes an environmental study for possible sick house syndrome and organic food advocacy. Please have copies of blood work printed. Limit to 1 ½ hours. First visit is $300.

Cancellation Policy

This at home service is a pre-pay. It is for my regular patients only, referrals after considerations taken. Like distance and challenge of space. No stairs. The first visit could take up to 2 hours, minimum 1 & ½ .
